Position: Managing Director
Bay Leasing & Investment Limited (BLIL) is inviting applications from qualified, dynamic, and visionary professionals for the position of Managing Director to lead and turn around the company towards sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Post-graduation degree from any recognized university, preferably in:
Finance / Accounting / Banking / Economics / Management / Business Administration or similar or higher degree from a reputed university with good academic records. - No third division/class is acceptable in any academic examination.
- Minimum 20 years of experience at different levels in any Finance Company or Bank out of which at least 2 years practical experience as MD/CEO or DMD or at any position next to Managing Director in any Finance Company/Bank.
- Must fulfill all eligibility criteria for MD/CEO as per DFIM Circular No. 03 dated 25 March 2024.
Age
- 45 - 62 years at the time of application.
Responsibilities
- The Managing Director shall perform the duties and responsibilities as mentioned in DFIM Circular No. 03 dated March 25, 2024 of Bangladesh Bank and other relevant regulations as well as the directions of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Job Nature and Remuneration Package
- Full Time. Contract period and other terms and conditions will be in accordance with the regulations of Bangladesh Bank. Attractive Salary and Benefits Package will be offered for the selected candidate (subject to approval of Bangladesh Bank).
