Md. Habibullah Monju
Md. Habibullah Monju, FCA, is a distinguished finance professional and Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh with over three decades of experience in corporate finance, financial management, and strategic leadership. He has held top executive positions including Chief Financial Officer, Group Finance Director, and Company Secretary across leading multinational and local organizations such as Karnaphuli Fertilizer Company Limited, DBL Group, Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka, Holcim Cement (Bangladesh) Ltd., and ICB Islamic Bank Ltd.
Currently serving as Group Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Cross World Group, he provides strategic financial leadership, overseeing treasury, budgeting, investment planning, risk management, compliance, and capital structuring. Renowned for his expertise in corporate finance, ERP implementation, project financing, and regulatory engagement, Mr. Monju has played a pivotal role in large-scale investments, cross-border financing, and institutional strengthening.
He holds a Master of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Dhaka and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999. His extensive experience and strategic insight make him a highly respected leader in Bangladesh’s finance and corporate sector.
